HAIR + ESTHETIC POLICIES
Given the unique characteristics of our offerings, prices online are *base* prices, meaning that they are *starting* prices. Additional costs may be added to your overall service (length, density, and hair history). Consults prior to starting your service will take place to ensure the best experience.
YOUR ARRIVAL
We have a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you exceed the 15-minute grace period, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment. As our work often involves time-sensitive commitments with other clients, it's important to arrive on time.
CANCELLATIONS
No Shows + Cancellations: We kindly ask that you give us a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In the case of missing your appointment, you will be imposed a fee worth 50% of the missed service and forfeit your deposit. The card in your profile will be charged if you do not show up to your appointment or cancel less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

LOCATION + PARKING
WE ARE LOCATED IN WAIKELE CENTER ACROSS OF THE WAIKELE PREMIUM OUTLETS.
we have open area parking in front of the salon. if there is no parking, you are welcome to park beside genki sushi or across where kfc is. please note that you must be a customer to park in these areas. we are next to kunio’s. you can also call us if you have any questions on how to get to us (tap here for the map + directions)
