WE VALUE THE TIME OF BOTH OUR CLIENTS AND BEAUTY OPERATORS, PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE, WE MAY HAVE YOU RESCHEDULE OR SHORTENED SERVICE. PLEASE NOTIFY  US AT YOUR EARLIEST CONVENIENCE AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE YOU.


CANCELLATIONS

WE KINDLY ASK THAT YOU GIVE US A MINIMUM OF AT LEAST  24  HOURS NOTICE IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. IN THE CASE OF MISSING YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL BE IMPOSED A 50% FEE OF THE MISSED SERVICE THAT YOU WERE SCHEDULED FOR AND WILL BE NOTED IN YOUR CLIENT PROFILE. 

A DEPOSIT MAY BE REQUIRED  DEPENDING ON THE SERVICE YOU ARE REQUESTING.
